Mintaro is hosting Chef Chris Holen, an international Chef from Portland, for a Home Producers Dinner starting at 4:30pm with demonstrations and tastings.
Anyone attending is invited to contribute something they have grown or made towards the dinner (not compulsory). Chef Chris will incorporate contributions into his cooking.
The Mintaro community will also be launching a Mintaro Sausage and a Muleteer Sausage (Spanish heritage). Discussions are currently underway with Butchers in Clare to add these sausages to their range.
