Gavin and Rosemary Dunn began organic farming on Four Leaf Farm in Tarlee and soon realised the need to bring the product to market. After Gavin harvested the first wheat crop on their farm, he wanted his children to benefit from his work. He built a small stone mill and Rosemary used the flour to make bread for their family. Gradually, they built Four Leaf Milling in Tarlee, selling organic grains. Today, there are two generations working together at Four Leaf Milling, now one of the biggest biodynamic mills in Australia with management in the hands of Helen, Phillip and his partner Kathy.
