Dorrien Estate is Australia's best-kept secret. A contract winemaking facility, it specialises in small parcels of premium boutique wines for Australian growers and winemakers. Most are small batches of only 1000 cases. Dorrien Estate has the ability to crush 16,000 tonnes of fruit and warehouses nearly half a million cases of finished wine. The tank farm in this impressive winery can hold 8.9 million litres of wine, while nearly three million litres of wine are stored in 10,000 oak hogsheads.
