The Koonowla Homestead is your new luxury accommodation in the world renowned wine region, the Clare Valley. One of the most iconic and historic properties of the Valley and having been recently re styled it’s the perfect countryside retreat or weekend getaway for up to 10 people.

The homestead dates back to 1890 with the stunning stonework a feature of the house. Beautifully styled inside you automatically feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. Huge glass windows surround the living areas bringing the outside in and a large wood fire for those cold Clare winters to keep you cozy in winter.

The kitchen is an entertainers delight with ample bench space, stovetop and oven, island bench and open plan to the living/dining area.

There are 5 bedrooms, two with sleep-outs offering additional beds and two with ensuites. The manicured lawns wrap around the property with sunning gardens and ample space to breathe in that fresh country air.
