Begin your experience with a one hour Wine Masterclass featuring a Clare Valley Wine Flight hand-selected by Sommelier Warrick Duthy. Learn about Clare Valley terroir, geology, geography, and what makes our wines so diverse and positively different.
Following on with a full Feed Me Menu curated by our Head Chef and low-waste warrior Nicola Palmer. A variety of small and large dishes including dessert showcasing fresh, seasonal farm-to-plate produce from our local farm partners including the organic and bio-dynamic Penobscot Farm.
