Depart from your Clare Valley accommodation ai around 1.00 pm for a scenic transfer to your selected a la carte venue. On the return journey enjoy a structured private tasting with respected young vignerons Mark and Skye Bollen at their idyllic family winery "Sussex Squire" in the Clare hills.
