Overview

The Clare Art Show is a popular destination with visiting tourists during the week and weekends, exhibiting artworks from local artists and artists Australia-wide.
The annual exhibition of over 400 works of art (2D and 3D) by artists residing both locally and across Australia.
Artworks are on sale, with proceeds going towards designated Rotary Club's community projects.

The Exhibition will open daily from May 15th through to May 23rd and is located in the Clare Town Hall on the Main Street of the Clare township . The annual art exhibition is held in conjunction with the Clare Valley Gourmet Week, a popular event where local wineries and breweries showcase their produce with the regionally inspired cuisine.

Up to AUD20,000 is awarded in prize money to the winning artists in 6 categories, and junior-level art is both sponsored and supported well. Opening Night is Thursday 14th May. Entry fees apply

Accessibility

  • Caters for people with sufficient mobility to climb a few steps but who would benefit from fixtures to aid balance. (This includes people using walking frames and mobility aids)

  • Caters for people who use a wheelchair.
