Overview

Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb is an annual spring equinox festival that combines the first buds of the vines and the premier time for new-season lamb that is lean, tender and ideal for a wide range of recipes.

The dinner will featuring local produce with lamb from Martindale Farm and Pangkarra Pasta. Guest Italian Chef Vincenzo Spatola from Fogolar Furlan and Chef Outta Water Chef Nathan Nixon will prepare a dinner to be matched with hand crafted, estate grown wines Reilly’s Italian varieties of wines. $45 per person 2 course meal + entry drink.

Chef Rosa Matto will discuss the Slow Food movement here in SA and Justin Ardill Owner and Chief Wine Maker at Reilly's will talk about the influence of Italian varities of grapes for the Clare Valley.
