Icons of the Clare Valley Degustation Dinner

Overview

South Australian Chef of the Year Nicola Palmer will design a six-course, individually plated degustation dinner to match truly iconic Clare Valley wines.

The evening will start with Pikes Merle Riesling and Canapes before seating for dishes matched to aged Grosset Riesling, Wines from Taylor's, Wendouree, Adelina, Jim Barry, will be highlighted before the dinner ends with dessert paired to Mount Horrock's Cordon Cut.

The event will be held in the airconditioned Hell Hole private dining space but warm clothing is recommended as they will start on the Hell Hole terrace alongside of a fire pit for canapes (weather permitting).
Sommelier Warrick Duthy will take guests on the ultimate wine Journey around the Clare Valley.
